Responsibilities
Partner with the Account Manager by performing a variety of sales support and administrative duties
Support 1-3 top-producing Account Managers in day-to-day tasks needed to place healthcare professionals on assignment
Establish and cultivate long-term, effective partnerships with facility clients
Review candidate's electronic profiles to submit bookable candidates to facility clients
Communicate effectively with Recruiters regarding profile submissions
Use the Vendor Management System (VMS) to post orders or update information
Update orders in all systems with job descriptions
Manage the accuracy of VMS technologies and AMIE (proprietary CRM)
Requirements
High school diploma or GED certificate required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of one year of work experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service capacity
Working experience in a high-pressure environment
Must have computer/keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
