HR Graduate opportunity in Amey's Complex Facilities team, focusing on employee relations and business growth. Engaging with stakeholders and contributing to the People Plan while ensuring operational needs are met.
Responsibilities
Support HR activity across employee relations, absence management, trade union engagement and core people processes.
Contribute to the delivery of the People Plan, including talent, organisational effectiveness, engagement and inclusion initiatives.
Build strong stakeholder‑management skills by attending meetings, supporting senior leaders and developing an understanding of operational and strategic business needs.
Support business‑growth activity, including tenders, data analysis, creating people‑content libraries, TUPE processes and mobilisation planning.
Requirements
You’ve completed a degree in any discipline ; we’re more interested in your mindset than your subject.
Available to join the programme in April 2026
A full UK Driving Licence.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills – Written and oral
High level of motivation and initiative; self-starter
Excellent organisation skills and able to manage a broad portfolio of activities
Confident in engaging with and managing stakeholders
