Responsibilities
Manage a book of business while identifying and executing plans aimed at annual sales growth.
Help support lead generation team in outbound and inbound initiatives with goal of increasing pipeline and winning new business.
Demonstrate an ability to learn new products and processes.
Manage and nurture warm leads to build new business relationships while growing the sales pipeline.
Resolve customer issues that may arise and facilitate recommendations to other internal departments for resolution.
Educate customers on all Amcor RPSNA products and innovation to create awareness and demand.
Proactively use CRM tools to drive business results and manage performance.
Demonstrate a coachable attitude and remain accountable through all key business metrics.
Travel of 5-10% to support customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related degree is required
0-3 years Sales Experience is preferred
Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Ability and willingness to travel is required
A valid driver’s license issued in the United States is required
Completion of school-sponsored selling skills program preferred
Strong track record of academic and other successes preferred
Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus/community activities preferred
