About the role

  • Technical Support Analyst providing efficient customer service and creating reports while working in a hybrid format. The role is focused on environmental solutions to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients, offering consultative assistance and resolving requests promptly.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports, providing visibility to management and to internal and external clients, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with department goals.
  • Monitor processes and productivity of the GED — Electronic Document Management area.
  • Perform analysis, control, and issuance of documents.
  • Provide customer/user support for the services offered by the department.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets according to guidance and collected data.
  • Contribute to updating the area's work instructions.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education, preferably in Environmental Management, Biology, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Safety Engineering, or Quality.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, quality assurance, or related areas.
  • Familiarity with standards and procedures related to IT products and services.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience with ESG projects and/or Governance and Compliance is desirable.
  • Intermediate to advanced English or Spanish (desirable, as Ambipar serves clients in 41 countries).
