Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients, offering consultative assistance and resolving requests promptly.
Prepare operational and performance reports, providing visibility to management and to internal and external clients, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with department goals.
Monitor processes and productivity of the GED — Electronic Document Management area.
Perform analysis, control, and issuance of documents.
Provide customer/user support for the services offered by the department.
Create and maintain spreadsheets according to guidance and collected data.
Contribute to updating the area's work instructions.
Requirements
Completed higher education, preferably in Environmental Management, Biology, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Safety Engineering, or Quality.
Experience in customer service, sales, quality assurance, or related areas.
Familiarity with standards and procedures related to IT products and services.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Experience with ESG projects and/or Governance and Compliance is desirable.
Intermediate to advanced English or Spanish (desirable, as Ambipar serves clients in 41 countries).
