Responsibilities
2nd-level support for the nationwide digital radio network with a focus on base stations, including fault analysis, problem management and incident resolution
Support for the integration and migration of new Nokia base stations, including their remote configuration
Performing software updates and configuration changes to ensure the operation of the network infrastructure
Working in change and configuration management and documenting tasks
Active participation in projects and the further development of the nationwide mobile network infrastructure
Requirements
Degree in IT or equivalent qualification
Experience in the deployment, operation and support of mobile networks, ideally with Nokia base stations
Strong knowledge of IP networks, IP security and VPN technologies
Skilled in analyzing and resolving technical faults in complex networks
Confident communication skills in German and English
Experience in 2nd-level support
