Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, benefits, and internal policies.
Applying your deep knowledge of Spanish HR legislation and labor law to ensure the company remains compliant in all administrative processes.
Managing personnel files, drafting contracts, and handling sick leave/absenteeism administration.
Organizing and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires in the Granada office.
Assisting with HR reporting and maintaining the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Requirements
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Labor Relations, or a related field.
You possess strong/extensive knowledge of Spanish HR regulations and labor law.
Spanish: Native or bilingual proficiency (Must).
English: Fluent professional proficiency (Must).
Knowledge of a third European language is a major plus.
You are organized, discreet, and eager to learn.
