About the role

  • HR Business Partner focusing on people structure, recruiting, and onboarding processes at Quartierkraft, promoting accessible solar energy in Germany. Empowering talent and developing HR strategies across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Establishment & further development
  • Design and implementation of structured onboarding processes
  • Further development of core HR structures across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Trusted sparring partner for managers on operational HR matters
  • Recruiting & talent acquisition
  • Building and maintaining a sustainable talent pipeline
  • Active sourcing via LinkedIn and other channels
  • Conducting screenings and initial interviews
  • Coordinating and supporting the entire recruitment process
  • Creating and publishing targeted job postings
  • Optimizing and professionalizing our recruiting processes
  • Responsibility for preparatory payroll tasks in collaboration with external service providers
  • Drafting employment contracts and HR documents
  • Maintaining and managing employee master data
  • Ensuring structured, legally compliant HR administration

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR, business administration or social sciences — or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in recruitment, ideally including active sourcing
  • Knowledge of preparatory payroll processing is an advantage
  • Confident use of HR software (e.g., Personio), LinkedIn and digital tools
  • Structured, self-directed way of working
  • High level of empathy and a genuine interest in people
  • Professional, respectful presence in screenings and initial interviews
  • Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong organizational skills and process-oriented thinking
  • Proactive attitude and enjoyment in building new structures
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C2)
  • Proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace
