Responsibilities
Step into the driver’s seat of Alasco’s international growth as our Business Development Representative, Europe (m/f/d).
Reporting directly to the VP Europe, you’ll be the spark that ignites new business - uncovering opportunities, starting high-value conversations, and opening doors with real estate developers and investment managers shaping international projects.
Own outbound prospecting for the European market outside of DACH, identifying the developers and investment managers shaping projects from €10M to €1B+.
Pick up the phone, craft clever emails, and use social channels to turn cold outreach into meaningful business discussions every day.
Uncover pain points and business drivers, spot high-value opportunities and set Alasco up for success.
Represent us at trade shows, industry events, and occasional in-person meetings primarily across the UK.
Keep CRM data crisp, share insights from the field, and help shape the strategy for international expansion.
Requirements
Proven outbound experience: At least 1-2 years’ experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role with consistent success in customer acquisition.
SaaS sales background: Familiarity with selling technology solutions; real-estate industry experience is a plus but not required.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid setup, eager to learn and grow into larger sales responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; quick to build rapport and listen actively.
