About the role

  • (Senior) Sales Manager responsible for managing customer relations and driving Agri-PV projects in Germany. Collaborating with founders to build sales processes and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing customers from the initial consultation through to project implementation
  • Build the sales team and sales processes together with the founders
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and pricing calculations
  • Conduct contract negotiations through to the signing of project contracts
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions

Requirements

  • Professional sales experience, ideally in the agricultural or renewable energy sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent working style and strong customer focus
  • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurial thinking and early-stage company development
  • Proactive work approach
  • Willingness to travel across Germany
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
