About the role

Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a team of recruiters
- Monitoring recruiters' performance by setting and monitoring KPIs
- Partnering closely with business stakeholders to align hiring strategies
- Ensuring uninterrupted candidate influx through the recruitment funnel
- Leveraging recruiting data to influence decision-making
- Implementing new TA programs and tools
- Supporting talent acquisition infrastructure improvements
- Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and applicable laws

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment and candidate pipeline management
- 2+ years of experience selecting, onboarding, and training new recruiters
- Proven success in leading and executing searches for a variety of roles and talent levels
- Strategic partner to business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs)
- Proficient in analyzing data and recruitment metrics
- In-depth knowledge of EEO Guidelines
- Knowledge of state and federal selection and hiring regulations
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
