About the role

  • Consultor Comercial driving sales for 3S Tecnologia. Engaging clients and fostering long-term partnerships in heavy transport and technology sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Visit the portfolio of clients and leads registered in Ploomes, building relationships with decision-makers at carriers to strengthen and satisfy existing customers and acquire new accounts.
  • Receive, register and process customer orders, ensuring that all information is correct.
  • Maintain market relationships by systematically recording information in Ploomes.
  • Ensure the consultative sale of 3S solutions to customers/leads, aligned with the sales budget.
  • Meet the daily visit target defined by the GC to generate short- and medium-term pipeline.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, providing information about the products.
  • Deliver the billing targets established in the budget, focusing on average-ticket indicators.
  • Establish strong synergy with all internal and external areas involved in the business.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure delivery of the KPIs defined in the budget.

Requirements

  • Ownership mindset, urgency to perform, self-management of time and a schedule shared with leadership — qualities required to take initiative and become a top performer.
  • Experience in service businesses related to the heavy transport sector and/or technology (Hunter and Farmer roles).
  • Availability for travel and frequent visits, requiring strong planning skills to maximize productivity.
  • Determination and ambition to change the current financial situation in the short, medium and long term.
  • Ability to serve customers consultatively with a proactive, accountable mindset.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, persuasion and closing.
  • Communicative with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Emotional intelligence to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and analytical profile with strong attention to detail.
