Responsibilities
Directly manage the revenue strategy for up to 10 Los Angeles–based hotel properties
Understand and assess the pricing of competitors, the dynamics of the local market, the elements of demand and price optimization
Chair the development of all pricing and market mix strategies
Provide strategic tactics based on historical data and current market trends
Assist in the development and execution of a strategic plan and the Annual Operating Plan for the company
Develop and maintain short and long term transient forecasts
Monitor group sales forecast to ensure forecast accuracy
Maintain revenue management systems
Implement pricing and availability decisions in PMS system
Ensure the accuracy of the hotel information and develop procedures on daily maintenance and general functionality
Host & organize Revenue Management Meetings
Analyze & share market trends & best practices
Establish and maintain meaningful external and internal relationships
Work cross-functionally with key departments to align priorities, foster collaboration, and implement data-driven action plans that maximize revenue performance
Requirements
2+ years of hotel revenue management experience with multi-unit revenue support demonstrating the ability to analyze key hotels market activity
Certified in Marriott Revenue management system, OneYield v2 IHG and Hilton Revenue management systems proficiency
Ability to travel extensively throughout the company portfolio
