About the role

  • Support role in a tech startup enhancing restaurant customer service experiences. Involves user assistance, issue resolution, and team collaboration in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with user support and logging support tickets;
  • Help resolve questions about products and internal systems;
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Be between 18 and 22 years old;
  • Available to work 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday;
  • Be enrolled in and attending school or have completed high school;
  • Reside in São Paulo (SP) — required to attend Leapy's in-person course once a week;
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
