Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for requests involving e‑forms and provide our customers with fast, competent assistance
You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
You manage and administer requests in the ticketing system and its webshop
You expertly escalate tickets to downstream support units
You control and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
You distinguish yourself through a customer-friendly, service-oriented working style
You have a quick grasp of new information and a structured, conscientious way of working
Excellent communication skills and a good command of expression (written and verbal) are among your key strengths
It is an advantage if you already have some professional experience in an IT environment
Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) in spoken and written form complete your profile
