About the role

  • IT Sachbearbeiter responsible for ticket management and customer support in German IT services. Working in a dynamic environment focused on technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for requests involving e‑forms and provide our customers with fast, competent assistance
  • You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
  • You manage and administer requests in the ticketing system and its webshop
  • You expertly escalate tickets to downstream support units
  • You control and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

  • You distinguish yourself through a customer-friendly, service-oriented working style
  • You have a quick grasp of new information and a structured, conscientious way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of expression (written and verbal) are among your key strengths
  • It is an advantage if you already have some professional experience in an IT environment
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) in spoken and written form complete your profile
