Responsibilities
Review and assess listings, seller behavior, and marketplace signals to accurately identify counterfeit risk within Luxury categories
Build, maintain, and continuously improve counterfeit-related knowledge resources, guidelines, and training materials
Provide expert insights and real-world examples to improve model prompts, detection logic, and decision frameworks
Analyze counterfeit patterns, emerging risks, and enforcement outcomes to inform proactive mitigation strategies
Partner closely with Legal, Brand Relations, Risk, Business, and GCX Operations teams to align on assessments and implement timely mitigation actions
Support investigations, blocking issues, and enforcement actions
Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and defensibility in counterfeit determinations and documentation
Identify gaps in processes, tools, and knowledge and recommend improvements
Requirements
3+ years of experience in brand protection, intellectual property enforcement, trust & safety, compliance, risk, investigations, or a related field
Strong understanding of counterfeit risks, intellectual property rights, and marketplace enforcement models
Deep understanding of branded attributes in the Luxury and Fashion space, including brand markers, materials, construction, labeling, and authentication signals used to detect counterfeit risk
Demonstrated ability to apply policy and knowledge frameworks to real-world marketplace data
Experience contributing to knowledge bases, training materials, or operational guidance
Analytical attitude with strong attention to detail and solid judgment
Ability to synthesize complex information and deliver clear, actionable insights
Strong collaboration and communication skills across legal, technical, and business partners
