Responsibilities
Support the Customer Success team with the structured onboarding of new customers
Conduct phone check-ins and short Teams sessions with customers
Proactively manage existing customers by providing assistance and analyzing usage patterns
Work closely with Account Managers to prepare upsell opportunities
Assist with organizing webinars, workshops and internal customer campaigns
Requirements
Interest in FinTech, SaaS or digital customer engagement
Structured, proactive working style and strong team spirit
Excellent communication skills and a good sense for interacting with people
Initial experience in customer-facing roles or project work is a plus
Very good German language skills to support our predominantly German-speaking customers
