About the role

  • Onboarding & Enablement Intern supporting the Customer Success Team at wealthpilot in Munich. Engaging with customers to ensure successful application usage and assisting in customer development.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Success team with the structured onboarding of new customers
  • Conduct phone check-ins and short Teams sessions with customers
  • Proactively manage existing customers by providing assistance and analyzing usage patterns
  • Work closely with Account Managers to prepare upsell opportunities
  • Assist with organizing webinars, workshops and internal customer campaigns

Requirements

  • Interest in FinTech, SaaS or digital customer engagement
  • Structured, proactive working style and strong team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills and a good sense for interacting with people
  • Initial experience in customer-facing roles or project work is a plus
  • Very good German language skills to support our predominantly German-speaking customers
