About the role

  • Provide technical assistance to customers for a world-leading software development company
  • Troubleshoot issues related to cloud services and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Windows)

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Italian (native)
  • English advanced level
  • Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially Cloud technologies
  • Experience with Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable)
  • Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
  • Previous experience as Technical Support Agent or IT Technician (valuable)
