About the role

  • Provide 2nd line of application support across Managed File Transfer, Workload Scheduling (BMC Control-M)
  • Own and drive incidents and problems to completion for our services and applications
  • Participate in weekly on call rotation to provide 24x7 support
  • Support implementation of change requests related to our services and applications
  • Installation of Linux and Windows operating system patches on a quarterly cycle
  • Participate in DR exercises involving our services and applications

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of Application Support Experience
  • Logic based automations using APIs, MS Flows, Workflows, and RPA’s
  • ITIL v4 foundation certification (preferred)
