Lead the Design end to end solution for the HCM platform, Workday HCM integrations, reports, and customizations.
Provides guidance on technical design and implementation best practices for Workday HCM solutions.
Manages technical risks and issues and provides mitigation strategies as needed.
Ensure technical alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Keep abreast of new Workday features and functionality providing recommendations to further process improvements.
Document best practices and operational procedures.
Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.S.); Major or Minor in Information Systems
3+ years experience in a similar role with extensive system knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including: Absence, Advanced Compensation, Integrations, Talent and Recruitment
Well-developed root-cause analytical skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues and defects
Experience in developing and supporting RAAS, EIB, Connector and simple Studio integrations
Experience in managing multiple and competing priorities
Excellent non-technical communication
To be agile and adaptive - this role is evolving as business needs arise
Ability to work flexibility across multiple time zones, as required by the global nature of this role.
