Partner Growth Technical Executive to join the partner success squad
Responsible for managing the technical support across long tail partner relationships
Ensure up-time and implement key optimisations to drive growth and overall partner performance
Assist in troubleshooting issues and be the internal advocate for partner requests
Work with engineering squad that manages the maintenance of Lyst partners
Address issues with partner integration using tools built by internal team
Requirements
Experience in a fast-growing company, ideally at an affiliate marketing network or agency, or managing affiliate marketing or customer service for a retailer
Self-starters who thrive while working on their own as well as contributing to team goals
Excellent technical support skills as you will be managing complex relationships of varying size
Exceptional written and verbal skills as well as presentation experience - you will be communicating and troubleshooting with our partners so you must be comfortable working with senior level partners
Great organisational and process management skills to manage and prioritise a range of requests from numerous partners at one time
Experience using Jira, Excel, Looker, or other similar tools
Comfortable with learning new technical concepts and systems
A love (or at least high regard) for fashion
