Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution of cross-platform campaigns driving impressions and marketplace adoption
Develop channel plans and content calendars aligned to reach and traffic goals
Create and publish platform-native social content in collaboration with PHM’s creative team
Translate product updates, research, and partnerships into coordinated marketing moments
Grow and engage PHM’s social community
Build and maintain a practical cross-channel performance dashboard
Conduct regular performance analysis and identify opportunities to improve reach and conversion
Partner with the Creator & Talent Partnerships Lead to amplify traffic-driving collaborations
Support email marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
Demonstrated track record developing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns
Strong content strategy and calendaring experience; hands-on social media management required
Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create compelling, platform-native content
Strong digital marketing analytics fluency; comfortable building dashboards and translating data into decisions
Experience collaborating closely with creative and design teams
Experience with email marketing strategy and execution preferred
Familiarity with using AI tools to support marketing strategy, content creation, and performance analysis preferred
Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-moving environment
