About the role

  • Growth Marketing Manager responsible for regional marketing strategy at Moss, driving retention and revenue growth in the Netherlands through local initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a regional marketing plan for the Netherlands that supports demand generation, revenue growth and local brand presence in line with Moss central objectives.
  • Plan and execute local campaigns, events, webinars, partner co-marketing andother initiatives tailored to Dutch market segments and verticals.
  • Define, track and report on campaign performance and ROI at regional level; use data and insight to optimise execution and campaign mix.
  • Build relationships with local partners, vendors, industry associations or relevant third parties to amplify reach and support co-marketing or channel efforts.
  • Manage budget allocation for regional marketing initiatives; coordinate with external agencies or contractors if needed.
  • Act as the “local face” of Moss in NL: understand the market, and gather market feedback to inform global strategy.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with field or regional marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, event marketing, regional go-to-market, partner or account-based tactics.
  • Proven cross functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in defining KPIs, measuring results and iterating based on performance.
  • Communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Proactive and self driven, with a strong sense of ownership of the NL market.
