Responsibilities
Lead the post-sale onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth of strategic platform customers
Drive expansion within accounts in the form of increasing loan origination and product expansion – identify new strategic opportunities to improve marketing, drive new product adoption and integration, and unlock incremental user segments to help partners grow.
Drive overall account health, including capital origination performance, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Closely monitor KPIs for your set of accounts and conduct preliminary diagnosis on issues that may impact growth and account health. You will coordinate with internal teams and partners to help growth stay on track.
Support or lead quarterly business reviews and influence partners to prioritize and pursue key growth, GTM, and new product initiatives.
Share customer feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, Support, and Platform Partnerships to empower and inform improvements to the Parafin partner experience
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a customer success or partnerships role, preferably focused on mid-market or enterprise segments
Experience in a client-facing role managing multi-threaded relationships for a technical product, and demonstrated ability to build deep and influential relationships with partners up to the director level.
Track record of leading technical conversations and influencing internal and external teams to take action based on business and partner impact.
Proven track record of achieving revenue-based targets and goals, and driving account expansion
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong presence with partners
