Responsibilities
Vous êtes le moteur analytique et stratégique de la performance prix, promotions et assortiment.
Vous transformez les données en décisions business.
Garantissez la cohérence entre stratégie marque, exécution commerciale et objectifs financiers.
Contribuez directement à une croissance durable et rentable.
Traduire les objectifs des marques en stratégies pricing et commerciales concrètes.
Optimiser l’architecture prix, les mécaniques promotionnelles et l’assortiment.
Construire et consolider les analyses marché, concurrence et comportement shopper.
Identifier les opportunités de création de valeur.
Formuler des recommandations claires et actionnables.
Suivre les indicateurs clés et mesurer l’impact financier des décisions (P&L, ROI).
Construire dashboards, reportings et business reviews.
Piloter les initiatives RGM de bout en bout.
Assurer l’alignement transversal avec Sales, Marketing, Finance et Supply.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des outils et process RGM.
Gérer le budget RGM et prioriser les investissements.
Requirements
Bac+5 en Business, Finance, Ingénierie ou Économie.
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en Revenue Growth Management, Sales Analysis, Trade Marketing ou Finance, idéalement en FMCG.
Solide compréhension du P&L.
Excellente maîtrise de l’analyse de données.
Esprit structuré, analytique et orienté résultats, avec une forte capacité d’influence et de collaboration transverse.
