Responsibilities
Support the evolution of the Learning Experience Platform in partnership with our People Experience Team and our Product Education Services team.
Further develop our leadership hub tools, processes and guides leaders need to lead with confidence.
Support the development of global onboarding and initiatives around culture and values.
Coordinate our leadership development program and its transition to using blended learning.
Manage the delivery of language training programs and manage program adoption and utilization.
Manage our learning experience platform and develop learning paths, materials and curriculums.
Evaluate third party training providers and coordinate external training sessions.
Support employees and managers in the areas of learning and development.
Requirements
Experience in learning and development or people experience roles.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training activities and initiatives.
Ability to design clear and practical guides, tools and learning materials.
Proficiency with learning management systems.
Clear communication skills to explain processes and solutions.
Ability to work independently within defined frameworks.
A degree or equivalent practical experience in HR or organizational development.
