About the role

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned departments
  • Partner with agency IT teams to integrate TRULEO with existing systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of support activity and system configurations
  • Provide onboarding and refresher training
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering

Requirements

  • Former law enforcement officer or public safety professional
  • 3+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or implementation
  • Strong technical acumen
  • Excellent communicator
  • Hands-on problem solver
  • Based in Phoenix, AZ, with a willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50%)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
