Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical leadership and support for the Generator Services Business.
  • Coordinate Generator product line support needs, including outage forecasting, vendor repairs, and parts manufacturing.
  • Drive operational excellence by enhancing processes and ensuring all assigned KPIs are achieved.
  • Review and approve Generator scope-of-work cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to forecast future service needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in generator design, operation, diagnostics, testing, or service.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical design principles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport required.
