Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive technical leadership and support for the Generator Services Business.
Coordinate Generator product line support needs, including outage forecasting, vendor repairs, and parts manufacturing.
Drive operational excellence by enhancing processes and ensuring all assigned KPIs are achieved.
Review and approve Generator scope-of-work cost estimates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to forecast future service needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of experience in generator design, operation, diagnostics, testing, or service.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical design principles.
Proficiency in project management tools, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Valid driver’s license and passport required.
