Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years account management experience required
Any computer, technical schooling, or certificates are a plus
Ability to organize your schedule
Keep excellent notes and documentation of client interactions
Understand business computer environments
Friendly interpersonal communication skills
Mid-level technical knowledge about PCs, servers, networks, VoIP, and Internet services
Experience with CRMs
Ability to make clients feel important and that you care about their business
Ability to communicate technical details with non-technical people
