Responsibilities

  • Provide proper technical solutions to your assigned clients
  • Find accomplishment by helping clients achieve their business success
  • Create trusted relationships with clients by meeting with them regularly
  • Follow-up with clients to ensure projects and services are meeting expectations
  • Assist with issues between clients and technicians
  • Prepare quotes for client hardware and software needs
  • Explain product solutions to clients
  • Maintain customer relationships through renewal of service contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years account management experience required
  • Any computer, technical schooling, or certificates are a plus
  • Ability to organize your schedule
  • Keep excellent notes and documentation of client interactions
  • Understand business computer environments
  • Friendly interpersonal communication skills
  • Mid-level technical knowledge about PCs, servers, networks, VoIP, and Internet services
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Ability to make clients feel important and that you care about their business
  • Ability to communicate technical details with non-technical people
