About the role

  • As a Technical Customer Advisor, provide support for cloud telecommunications and IT Security services in a renowned IT sales company. Engage with customers through technical inquiries and foster relationships.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for technical issues related to cloud telephony systems and IT security
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Handle technical inquiries and maintain documentation
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships and implement customer retention measures
  • First- and Second-level support for software products
  • Obtain relevant professional certifications

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
  • Technical knowledge of cloud telephony systems and/or IT security
  • Service-oriented, customer-focused mindset
  • Good command of English
