About the role

  • Own the full recruiting cycle – from sourcing and screening to offer
  • Build and refine key hiring processes, ensuring a smooth and data-driven candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and define hiring strategies
  • Drive direct sourcing initiatives, building strong talent pipelines through active outreach and networking
  • Use data and insights to track performance, optimize pipelines, and guide hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally focused on engineering or data roles
  • Background in scaling startups or high-growth environments where speed and quality go hand in hand
  • Proven success in direct sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or other creative channels
  • Confidence in building strong partnerships with hiring teams and stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • A data-informed mindset – you use insights to continuously improve performance and candidate experience
