About the role
- Talent Acquisition Operations Partner responsible for efficiently managing recruitment requests and enhancing operational excellence at NCR Voyix. Collaborating with various stakeholders in the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle recruitment-related requests via the Workday recruiting platform and ServiceNow.
- Initiate and monitor pre-employment verifications globally to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Managers, Recruiters, Candidates, and other stakeholders such as Payroll, HRBP, Legal, Security, and Fleet to streamline processes.
- Manage hires and transfers in the Workday Recruiting system, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Oversee and process backend recruitment activities to maintain operational excellence.
- Participate in testing activities within Workday to enhance system functionality.
- Actively contribute to change process initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage in various project activities to support organizational goals.
- Provide process updates for the Global TA team and TA Ops team and keep everyone informed.
- Perform other corresponding duties and tasks as directed by the Employer, leveraging your qualifications and expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Fluent English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
- Excellent business writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Preferably exposed to Workday and Service Now.
- Resilient, with the ability to work independently to resolve problems.
- Candidate must be willing to work on shifting schedule / night shift
