Responsibilities
You lead and mentor the demand generation team, setting priorities, coaching on best practices, and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
You design, launch, and optimize campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, content syndication, ABM) to drive qualified leads and generate both direct and influenced pipeline.
You own paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend, clear ROI, and measurable revenue contribution.
You drive data-driven decision making by running A/B tests across ads and landing pages, applying attribution modeling, and translating performance metrics into actionable insights.
You collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with buyer personas and revenue goals.
You leverage AI-first demand gen tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Optmyzr) to enhance bidding, copywriting, creative production, reporting, and automation.
You quickly adapt to market changes, platform updates, and data trends, consistently exploring new channels and tactics for growth.
You provide clear reporting and insights via campaign dashboards and leadership presentations, ensuring visibility into performance and impact.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or a related field; Google Ads or LinkedIn certifications are a plus.
5+ years of proven B2B SaaS experience with measurable success in driving pipeline.
Strong data-driven and analytical mindset.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads in a B2B setting (SaaS experience is a plus).
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Familiarity with ABM tactics such as firmographic targeting and personalized outreach is a plus.
Strong ownership and results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English; additional EU languages are an advantage.
