About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager optimizing online marketing initiatives impacting CUJU's global talent visibility. Developing, managing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • You will play a key role in building and optimizing online marketing initiatives that directly impact CUJU’s growth.
  • From launching high-performing campaigns to optimizing user acquisition strategies — your work will change how talent is discovered globally.
  • Develop and scale our international full-funnel performance strategy
  • Manage data-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & new channels
  • Test audiences, experiment with new channels & user journeys, and efficiently optimize CPI/CPL and budgets
  • Campaign management and analysis
  • Build smart funnels & activation campaigns for the CUJU app
  • Performance tracking (KPIs, CPI, CPL) & rapid derivation of action steps and improvements
  • Work closely with Content, Product & Data teams for maximum impact
  • Conduct market, persona & competitor analyses to identify new growth opportunities
  • Monitor campaign performance against core KPIs and conversion rates and report regularly to stakeholders with optimization recommendations
  • A/B testing & continuous budget optimization for efficient scaling

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing
  • Confident use of Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with tracking, analytics tools and Excel
  • You make decisions based on data and are familiar with key performance KPIs
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field
  • Very good German and English skills (Portuguese is a plus but not required)
  • Willingness to work on-site occasionally at our centrally located office in Hamburg
  • Bonus: experience with CRM systems, Looker Studio or marketing automation
