Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms;
Own campaign strategy and execution across SiteGround's full product portfolio — Hosting, E-commerce, Website Builder, Coderick AI, AI Studio, Email Marketing;
Manage and allocate substantial advertising budgets across multiple regions and locales, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and ROI;
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation, while maintaining strategic oversight and human judgment;
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategy;
Create and test ad copy, creative assets, and landing page experiences to maximize conversion rates;
Build and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards; deliver regular performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders;
Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, growth, affiliate, and creative teams to align paid media with broader go-to-market strategies;
Stay ahead of PPC trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats to identify new growth opportunities;
Contribute to international expansion efforts by adapting campaigns for different markets, languages, and cultural contexts.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads;
Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets (six figures or more monthly) across multiple markets and locales;
Strong experience with AI-driven campaign types and automation tools — Performance Max, Smart Bidding, AI-powered creative optimization, and AI agents for PPC workflow;
Deep understanding of multi-channel paid media strategy, including search, display, video, and paid social;
Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar BI/reporting tools;
Experience running campaigns in multiple languages and international markets with localization best practices;
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable business recommendations.
