About the role

  • Support Investment Accounting and Tax teams with various administrative tasks
  • Manage high-volume shared mailbox and organize communication
  • Gather signatures for legal documents or tax filings
  • Access external portals to upload/download necessary documents
  • Maintain Keeper login management system for the teams
  • Code billings and checks, draft ACH or wire transfers
  • Develop and maintain a database of investment contacts
  • Enter data from tax documents into Excel
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrator or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office suite, especially with Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and general technology skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with effective multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Ability to express oneself effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
