Responsibilities
Monitor contract expiration deadlines for legal and system contracts, ensuring they do not become overdue;
Support the creation and tracking of requests in the legal system, ensuring processes proceed correctly;
Manage supplier registration and monitor supplier evaluations using the tools currently used by Tigre;
Provide operational support to the department, assisting buyers with day-to-day routines and consolidating requests from Tigre's units in the U.S. and LATAM;
Contribute to administrative activities and other tasks that promote organization and improvements across the department.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields;
Basic Excel skills;
Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
