About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo role supporting operations in supply chain management at Tigre, focusing on administrative and contractual tasks. Assisting with supplier evaluations and purchase requisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor contract expiration deadlines for legal and system contracts, ensuring they do not become overdue;
  • Support the creation and tracking of requests in the legal system, ensuring processes proceed correctly;
  • Manage supplier registration and monitor supplier evaluations using the tools currently used by Tigre;
  • Provide operational support to the department, assisting buyers with day-to-day routines and consolidating requests from Tigre's units in the U.S. and LATAM;
  • Contribute to administrative activities and other tasks that promote organization and improvements across the department.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields;
  • Basic Excel skills;
  • Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
