About the role

  • Talent Management Specialist responsible for embedding performance frameworks in a loyalty solutions provider. Overseeing performance management and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • **Key Duties & Responsibilities:**
  • Embedding a performance framework & cascading OKR’s.
  • Oversee the performance management process, working with managers to set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews using the Performance Management System.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for employee development.
  • Design, implement, and manage talent development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create career development plans to foster growth and retention.
  • Develop and implement succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of internal talent for key roles.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including surveys, focus groups, and action planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Revamped company-wide recognition efforts with a new strategy, including diverse categories. Led the creation and launch of a user-friendly employee recognition app to boost engagement and foster a culture of appreciation.
  • Conducting comprehensive exit interviews with departing employees, analyzing this feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • **Required Skills & Abilities:**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Having stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • **Education & Experience:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience preferable in Talent Management and Employee Engagement or as a generalist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
