About the role

  • HR Operations Officer at Reckitt responsible for managing employee data integrity and offboarding processes. Collaborating with departments for accurate HR information management.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain employee records in the HR information system
  • Manage processes for updating personal employee data
  • Ensure all transactions are completed within SLA and payroll cut-off dates
  • Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy
  • Manage the offboarding process by initiating separation in the HR system based on online managers approval
  • Track and manage employee absences in HR Systems
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Work closely with HR and payroll to resolve discrepancies
  • Identify and suggest improvements in data management processes
  • Respond to data-related queries in a timely manner

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR data management or a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of HR Systems such as Success Factor, ServiceNow, and HRIS is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
