Responsibilities

Track and manage employee absences in HR Systems

Identify and suggest improvements in data management processes
Respond to data-related queries in a timely manner
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in HR data management or a related role
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of HR Systems such as Success Factor, ServiceNow, and HRIS is an added advantage
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
