About the role

  • HR Intern supporting onboarding and office management for a team in Amsterdam's HR department. Gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Set up employees in our HR system
  • Coordinate equipment and access with IT
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming first-day experience
  • Provide general administrative HR support
  • Manage office supplies (ordering snacks, drinks, and materials)
  • Coordinate weekly team lunch (e.g., Thursday lunch)
  • Organize and coordinate monthly Town Halls
  • Support internal events
  • Help maintain a well-organized and pleasant office space

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Available to start in May, 32 hours per week
