About the role

  • HR Specialist managing HR paperwork and compliance for MealSuite, a foodservice technology company. Enhancing employee experience and payroll operations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of all kinds of paperwork related to Human resources: letter of offer, appendix, renewal contract confirmation, probation confirmation, labor contract and ensure the labor contract list is up to date. Prepare other kinds of paperwork such as job transfer, termination decision, promotion, employment reference check, etc
  • Responsible for salary computation, attendance record/leave record for all employees accurately and timely. Work closely with Finance to ensure data consistency and smooth HR operations
  • Address employees’ queries, explain clear policies and employee handbooks
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, social insurance, and statutory reporting requirements
  • Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, healthcare, leave, allowances, wellbeing programs, etc
  • Ensure benefits policies are clearly documented, communicated, and consistently applied
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity
  • Support the company's outings and events when needed
  • Coordinate with global team when needed
  • Other tasks as assigned by General Manager

Requirements

  • At least 4 years in Human Resources Specialist role, preferably in C&B
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Good command of English
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and practices
  • Experience working with a global team/organization
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability in dealing with suppliers, vendors and authorities
  • Ability to work multi-tasking and under strict deadline
  • Supportive and approachable
