Responsibilities
Implementation and embedding of the global HR strategy, processes and policies at the site, and active participation in their continuous development
Strategic and operational advice to the site management, as well as to leaders and employees on all HR-related matters
Support for change processes, coaching of managers, and promotion of employee engagement and organizational development
Close collaboration with central HR functions, regional HR management, and the HR service center
Implementation of company-wide HR policies at the site and trusted cooperation with the works council, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining and labor law requirements
Coordination of quantitative and qualitative workforce planning at the site
Preparation, analysis and evaluation of HR metrics, reports and statistics to support informed management decisions
Requirements
Degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on human resources
At least 5–7 years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner, generalist or specialist in an international manufacturing or industrial company
Solid experience working with the works council and very good knowledge of employment and works constitution law
Strong business acumen, high quality and responsibility orientation, and a pragmatic, solution-focused working style
Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skill, trustworthiness and resilience, as well as strong communication, advisory and coaching skills
Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in the continuous optimization of HR processes
Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
