Requirements

  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience
  • Advanced management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams
  • Strong business judgment and deep multi-country labor expertise
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters across diverse markets
