About the role

  • Handle full recruitment cycle for tech roles including engineering, product, and data
  • Craft compelling job postings and conduct interviews and assessments
  • Forge strategic partnerships with hiring managers to drive international recruitment
  • Improve recruitment methods and processes and build talent pipelines
  • Proactively source and cultivate relationships with candidates
  • Facilitate seamless job offer processes
  • Deliver clear communication and guidance to candidates and hiring managers
  • Champion FREENOW's brand identity throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full life-cycle Tech recruiting, either in-house or an agency
  • Confidence in networking; ability to build relationships with hiring managers, prospective candidates, cross-functional teams, and external organisations
  • Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial
  • Fluent English is mandatory; any other language would be a plus
