About the role

  • Proactively identify and engage candidates, with an emphasis on senior-level software engineering and technical talent
  • Full-cycle recruiting for inbound pipelines on roles in IT, technical support and associate software engineers, as needed
  • Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate multiple hiring initiatives
  • Support ATS migrations and optimizations
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to automate workflows, improve candidate matching, and streamline recruiting processes
  • Own recruiting projects and contribute to process coordination and optimization

Requirements

  • Proven sourcing experience with a successful track record working on software engineering roles
  • 2+ years in talent acquisition, technical recruiting, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of software engineering skill sets, hiring markets, and career paths
  • Passion for using AI and automation to improve recruiting processes
  • Experience with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics
  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience with ATS migrations or implementations (nice-to-have)
  • Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience (nice-to-have)
