Responsibilities

Facilitate all stages of the candidate lifecycle, from job creation through offer, ensuring all candidates have a positive, well-informed experience

Consistently monitor and track performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that recruitment goals are met
Utilize recruiting technology such as applicant tracking system, CRM, PowerBi, SharePoint
Build strong partnerships with the business, department heads, and hiring managers
Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
5+ years progressive recruiting experience
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably specializing in the recruitment of Engineering professionals
Candidates with a background in technical recruitment or other recruitment specializations may also be considered
