About the role
- Utilize various recruiting tools and resources to source potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
- Facilitate all stages of the candidate lifecycle, from job creation through offer, ensuring all candidates have a positive, well-informed experience
- Develop, post, and maintain quality job descriptions and advertisements
- Consistently monitor and track performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that recruitment goals are met
- Utilize recruiting technology such as applicant tracking system, CRM, PowerBi, SharePoint
- Build strong partnerships with the business, department heads, and hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years progressive recruiting experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably specializing in the recruitment of Engineering professionals
- Candidates with a background in technical recruitment or other recruitment specializations may also be considered
- Demonstrated professional communication skills
- Extensive candidate sourcing experience
