Requirements

- Du bist idealerweise schon mit dem Hiren von Positionen im Produktions- und Logistikumfeld vertraut oder hast Lust, dich in diesen Bereich einzuarbeiten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und mit Blick auf Prozesse - Dokumentation ist für dich kein Extra, sondern Teil professioneller Zusammenarbeit
- Du fühlst dich auch dann wohl, wenn sich Dinge verändern und behältst den Überblick, wenn mehrere Themen parallel laufen
- Du bist kommunikativ, hands-on und verbindlich, ob im Gespräch mit Kandidat:innen oder Kolleg:innen
