Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for our hiring managers, advising them comprehensively on all aspects of the recruiting process and independently managing it.
You independently shortlist suitable candidates, conduct interviews, and, in addition to direct search, explore new approaches to find the right candidates.
You not only implement our recruiting strategy but also contribute your own ideas to continuously develop it.
You document all steps and the status of application processes in our recruiting tool to ensure maximum transparency.
In addition, you analyze relevant recruiting metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and derive data-driven recommendations to make our processes more efficient.
Requirements
You have completed a degree in business, psychology or a related field, or a commercial apprenticeship.
You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in talent acquisition.
You demonstrate a confident and professional demeanor, combined with strong communication and negotiation skills.
You have a careful and reliable working style and a strong service- and solution-oriented mindset.
You regularly use MS Office / Google Workspace and have experience with common applicant tracking systems (ATS).
You are business fluent in German and English.
