About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact for our hiring managers, advising them comprehensively on all aspects of the recruiting process and independently managing it.
  • You independently shortlist suitable candidates, conduct interviews, and, in addition to direct search, explore new approaches to find the right candidates.
  • You not only implement our recruiting strategy but also contribute your own ideas to continuously develop it.
  • You document all steps and the status of application processes in our recruiting tool to ensure maximum transparency.
  • In addition, you analyze relevant recruiting metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and derive data-driven recommendations to make our processes more efficient.

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree in business, psychology or a related field, or a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in talent acquisition.
  • You demonstrate a confident and professional demeanor, combined with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You have a careful and reliable working style and a strong service- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • You regularly use MS Office / Google Workspace and have experience with common applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • You are business fluent in German and English.
