About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist managing recruiting processes for home24 & BUTLERS in Berlin. Responsible for end-to-end recruiting and candidate experience enhancement.
Responsibilities
- You are the primary point of contact for our hiring managers, advising them comprehensively on all aspects of the recruiting process and independently managing it.
- You independently shortlist suitable candidates, conduct interviews, and, in addition to direct search, explore new approaches to find the right candidates.
- You not only implement our recruiting strategy but also contribute your own ideas to continuously develop it.
- You document all steps and the status of application processes in our recruiting tool to ensure maximum transparency.
- In addition, you analyze relevant recruiting metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and derive data-driven recommendations to make our processes more efficient.
Requirements
- You have completed a degree in business, psychology or a related field, or a commercial apprenticeship.
- You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in talent acquisition.
- You demonstrate a confident and professional demeanor, combined with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- You have a careful and reliable working style and a strong service- and solution-oriented mindset.
- You regularly use MS Office / Google Workspace and have experience with common applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- You are business fluent in German and English.
