About the role

  • Support recruitment efforts across the organization and source high-quality talent
  • Identify and utilize channels for sourcing candidates: job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, networking events, and more
  • Actively source and engage potential candidates through direct outreach and networking
  • Develop and manage talent sourcing strategies, including boosting job ads on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Build and maintain a talent pool and relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs
  • Establish and manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies
  • Initiate and manage internship programs and run referral programs
  • Support execution of recruitment marketing campaigns and collaborate with marketing and communications to promote job openings and employer branding
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct initial screening calls and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and assist in scheduling interviews
  • Provide basic recruitment metrics and updates to the Talent Acquisition Lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s considered a plus)
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR support, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable or similar platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate experience management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; proactive and resourceful
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with People Partners, Hiring Managers, and TA team members
