About the role

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing logistics for candidates and interviewers.
  • Act as a main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support all stages of the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Ashby).
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations, processes, and candidate engagement.
  • Assist with greeting candidates visiting the office, employer branding efforts, recruiting events, and other talent initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Ashby
  • A growth mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
