Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing logistics for candidates and interviewers.
Act as a main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and an outstanding candidate experience.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support all stages of the hiring process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Ashby).
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations, processes, and candidate engagement.
Assist with greeting candidates visiting the office, employer branding efforts, recruiting events, and other talent initiatives as needed.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Ashby
