Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidate alignment with role requirements and company culture.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies for assigned roles, handling communication, interview scheduling, and feedback.
Coordinate and maintain core HR processes, including employee documentation and an up-to-date repository of profiles for projects and tenders, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
Participate in HR initiatives and improvement projects that support digital transformation, process efficiency, and HR policy enhancements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, workflows, templates, and candidate management tools.
Provide general support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operational delivery and timely response to internal stakeholders.
Participate in ad hoc HR Projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Approx. 5 years of proven work experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruitment, headhunting, and operational tasks.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex schedules, maintain detailed documentation, and manage multiple priorities.
A high-energy, passionate approach to assignments, driving engagement and excellence in every aspect of the job.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to build trust with internal teams and external stakeholders.
A proactive mindset to identify and resolve issues within HR systems and processes.
